Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@justincasett.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be completed through the same delivery method received. Applicable delivery fees may apply.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if you have received the wrong item or your order is missing items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In order to return/exchange an item, the original order must be unused and returned in original condition through the delivery method received within 72 hours. All other exchanges must be completed through the original delivery method for an item of equal value and applicable delivery fees covered by us. 

The window for orders that contains defective or damaged items ranges by item.

  • Tempered Glasses: 24 Hours
  • Non-customized Cases: 48 Hours
  • Chargers, Cables, Headsets and other Electronics: 7 Days
  • All other items: 48 Hours

A replacement will be automatically provided at no additional cost.

All tempered glasses must be unopened (not removed from the sheet) to receive a full refund or replacement.

If you have intentionally ordered the wrong item (incorrect size, incorrect colour etc.), the delivery fee will be charged (where applicable) to be exchanged or returned.

Cash refunds will only be facilitated on damaged items via bank transfer.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

ALL customized items are handmade and cannot be returned or refunded. Downpayments are non-refundable.

ALL cases in the Just in Case Collection for iPhone XS Max, 12 & 13 Mini and ALL Samsung models are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Custom items are only eligible for exchange/refund if the item or print is defective within 48 hours of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery fees are service charges and are non-refundable.
