Return Policy
I ordered the wrong case for my device what should I do?
Email us and we will assist!
For premade cases, we will exchange within 2-3 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for any applicable delivery fees.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom cases.
I received my item damaged, can I get an exchange or refund?
Exchanges/Replacements on any damaged or misprinted cases will be facilitated within 2-3 days of delivery.
Replacements will be provided for any tempered glasses that have been delivered/received broken once notice has been received within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping
What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery options at this time which are subject to change at any given notice:
- Express Delivery: Same/Next Day Delivery $60
- Courier Delivery: 1-3 Days, Cash/Card on Delivery, $35 Trinidad, $55 Tobago
- TTPOST Delivery: 3-5 Days, Bank Transfer Payment Only $30
We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the delivery option:
- Express Shipping: within 24 hours
- Odeliver (Trinidad): 1-3 days
- Odeliver (Tobago): Deliveries done on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- TTPOST: 2-5 days
Where is my order?
Odeliver and TTPOST both offer tracking services and tracking numbers will be provided to you once your order has shipped. If you have not received your order after 7 days, please email us to assist!
Can I pay on delivery?
TTPOST does not accept cash payments. Cash and Card payments are accepted with all other delivery options.
If you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method and TTPOST as your delivery method, your order will be cancelled and you will be contacted to replace the order correctly.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
At this time we do not. During peak times (Christmas) we may offer this service at an additional cost.

How can I cancel my order?
Please reach out via email to cancel or change your order.
We will be unable to refund any payments for custom print orders 12 hours after the payment has been received.
How can I change my order?
Please email us to change your order.
How can I add another item to my order?
Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the order and you may have to place a new order! Please email us to assist further!
Custom Cases
What material is the case made out of?
Our custom cases are hard cases with a soft Rubber Protective Shockproof Anti-Slip Grip edge.
Do you have any cases for my phone?
We currently make custom cases for all iPhone models from the 6 to 14 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S, Note and A models in black and white.
